Sam has had his MBA since 1989, and has worked in investment sales and commercial retail transactions since 2006. Sam has held the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation since 2012, and has completed UBC's Post Graduate in Real Property Valuation. He is currently taking the CCIM Development Specialty Track program.
His nearly 20-year career has been primarily in working with larger business development projects, helping large corporations in negotiation, and project management. He provides clients with investment analysis and consultation to make informed decisions. Sam delivers enhanced services to his clientele for commercial leasing, investment sales, and land development. Prior to joining the RDH Group, Tom was with Royal LePage Commercial division, focused primarily on retail sales, investment property, and development assemblies. Tom also led various acquisition, disposition, leasing, and property management initiatives within the public sector where he worked on major infrastructure projects such as GO transit expansion and the Pan Am Athletes‘ Village, and surplus property disposition plans at multiple organizations.
Tom has regularly been relied upon to manage sensitive files and to make property-related recommendations to senior management teams. He has a first-hand appreciation of client considerations, risks and needs, as well as extensive experience working with commercial brokerage leaders and consultants.
Tom holds a Masters of Science in International Planning from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Sheffield and is a Professional Land Economist (PLE).
Sandra has over 16 years in residential, commercial, and property management. She is now using her vast experience to support the growth and management of RDH Group. Her implementation of systems, use of multi-layered marketing, dynamic operational guidelines, and extensive use of technology helps guide the team to success.
Sandra is joining us from Calgary and was named Calgary's Top 100 Women you should Know in 2021. She talks internationally on fractionalized real estate and authors books on crypto and tokenization of real-world assets.
