Ryan Henry

.Ryan has over 10 years working in the real estate industry and over      20 years in professional sales in real estate, software and

marketing industries with companies in Canada, the US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Mr. Henry has completed commercial transactions throughout all asset classes, office, retail, industrial, multi-family and land development and has represented many public and private parties, including developers, landlords, investors, corporations, and institutional clients.

Mr. Henry is very diversified and skilled in the areas of investment sales, leasing, land development and assemblies, creating strategic plans with significant value for property owners and developers.


As a commercial landlord and investor, he has great perspective to view real estate opportunities differently and negotiate

on behalf of his clients for the most optimal result. Mr. Henry has conducted business with numerous organizations, including Fortune 500 companies such as Service Canada, Elections Ontario, Multiplex Construction Canada, PepsiCo, John Deere, Anglican Church of Canada, Lamb Development Corp, Enbridge, Bayer, Rite-Aid, Marathon Oil, Syngenta, Akzo Nobel, CSX Transportation, Nebraska Public Power District, PPL, Baker Hughes and Syngenta.


Ryan started his career in real estate as an investor in Durham Region, just east of Toronto, and previously represented other commercial real estate firms, representing clients in office leasing in downtown Toronto and throughout the GTA. He now specializes in investment sales, leasing and land development with extensive experience in market research, acquisition and disposition services to create strategic real estate plans and objectives for his clients

Over 48 years as a  valuation appraisal expert for all types of ICI properties, in assessment and Property Tax Litigation.


A Licensed Paralegal with the law Society of Ontario and accredited AIMA designation with the institute of Municipal Assessors. Doug's extensive valuation consulting and general real estate knowledge, enables him to provide quality advice, client-driven service demanded in todays market

Julia is a hard-working, persistent, and experienced communicator with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing, advertising sales, and marketing. With her passion for excellence and entrepreneurial spirit, she possesses a strong desire to create value and promote sound business opportunities. Julia fosters strong relationships by employing exceptional interpersonal skills and project management expertise, paying close attention to the details, all while maintaining a great sense of humor. 


Her focus is twofold: helping corporate office tenants and academic institutions, develop and execute real estate strategies that enhance their brand, attract and retain the best employees, and control costs. Having worked on behalf of landlords in the early stage of her career, Julia understands the agenda and various motivations in lease negotiations. Sam Sohn

Sam has had his MBA since 1989, and has worked in investment sales and commercial retail transactions since 2006. Sam has held the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation since 2012, and has completed UBC's Post Graduate in Real Property Valuation. He is currently taking the CCIM Development Specialty Track program.


His nearly 20-year career has been primarily in working with larger business development projects, helping large corporations in negotiation, and project management.  He provides clients with investment analysis and consultation to make informed decisions. Sam delivers enhanced services to his clientele for commercial leasing, investment sales, and land development. Sam’s reputation for putting clients’ needs first with honesty and integrity, has set him apart.

Sandra is joining us from Calgary and was named Calgary's Top 100 Women you should Know in 2021. She talks internationally on fractionalized real estate and authors books on crypto and tokenization of real-world assets.
