In this tenant representation transaction, we represented our engineering client in strategizing for the company's growth in Durham and York Region and also locating a space that is central for company's employees being close proximity to the Pickering GO train station, Pickering Town Centre and to the Highway 401. In this deal the company benefited from Hwy 401 building signage and also assisted with the consultation of the leasehold improvements of the space.
