OPEN POSITIONS:
Our firm is interviewing ambitious & talented Commercial Real Estate –Investment Sales & Leasing Associates for our Downtown Toronto office. In this position, you will have the chance to work with one of the fastest growing firms in the city with the support and tools to excel in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identification of potential new clients and prospective properties
- Conducting presentations to companies, private parties, investors to win mandates and listings
- Prospecting and consulting for new business, face-to-face meeting, interactions with clients and prospects
- Involved in sales & leasing transactions from start to finish
- Be able to work independently and as a member of a team
Requirements:
- A valid Ontario Real Estate License
- Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial drive
- Strong understanding of the principles of selling and leasing commercial real estate properties
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Consistent in achieving and exceeding goals and monthly targets
- Strong sales & business development background
- Relevant work experience or bachelor's degree/college diploma
- 1-2 years commercial real estate experience is an asset
