Ryan started his career in real estate as an investor in Durham Region, just east of Toronto, and previously represented other commercial real estate firms, representing clients in office leasing in downtown Toronto and throughout the GTA. He now specializes in investment sales, leasing and land development with extensive experience in market research, acquisition and disposition services to create strategic real estate plans and objectives for his clients

Her focus is twofold: helping corporate office tenants and academic institutions, develop and execute real estate strategies that enhance their brand, attract and retain the best employees, and control costs. Having worked on behalf of landlords in the early stage of her career, Julia understands the agenda and various motivations in lease negotiations. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and has completed her own thesis.

Jennifer became impassioned with all things real estate almost 20 years ago. She worked with her husband in the family business spending many years setting up systems and building databases. She is experienced in residential resale and pre construction. She has spent many of her years focusing on database management as well as client care before, during and after the transaction.
In her spare time Jennifer enjoys spending time with her 3 children and is active in the Peloton community.
